•• She says... “I was #diagnosed with #Ankylosing #Spondylitis (AS) when I was 22 years old. Everyday is a constant struggle with AS, but finding #communities online has been a big help to me. Doing things like #yoga, eating #healthy, and being open are some things that make this disease easier to manage. I love to talk to people who are chronically ill and share advice, tips, and just talk to people who understand it a little more than others do.
