Dawson College Women's Basketball
Growing up having Rheumatoid Arthritis was hard. When others would say their bodies ached from doing stairs or suicides... my body probably hurt more. However, being active always helped me and I was grateful to be apart of teams that kept me active.
I started playing basketball at a young age, mostly due to the fact that my brother was very good at it. I played for my high school team and then eventually started playing for Bluehounds. After high school, I attended Dawson College.

At Dawson College, I studied Children's Studies and played basketball for the Women's div. 2 team. During the summers I continued to train and I then made Trevors Div 1 women's team.

The ladies I played with were amazing! They made me want to continue to work harder. That year I did not get much playing time, which sucked, but as I was looking for photos, I came across this video. In this video, I am seen driving to the basket, which probably at the time made me very happy! so enjoy ahah
