I had NO idea what the #disease actually meant, and I didn’t have much support in #education from my doctor. I was told I would be on prescriptions until the day I died. It took me getting REALLY fed up with feeling stuck to make action happen in my life. I started with me...worked on personal #wellness, GOT UNSTUCK, then started to share about it!! I found there are MANY of us in this world that need more #community. I surround myself with that. I help #women (of all backgrounds) find hope and freedom in their own wellness!! It’s totally possible!! My original #rheumatologist was not right.
